While it may lack the natural coconut taste, refined coconut oil remains a versatile cooking oil, offering a neutral flavor profile. Its stable nature makes it suitable for frying and baking. However, it may not retain some of the nutritional elements present in unrefined options. Refined coconut oil is preferred for those who desire a neutral taste and a higher smoke point in their culinary applications.
