Returns Policy
At INKY Ingredients, we are dedicated to providing premium-quality oils and natural ingredients. Natural variations occur in our ingredients due to their purity and delicate nature resulting in us establishing the following returns policy to ensure clarity and fairness for our customers.
Damaged or Missing Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@inky-ingredients.com. We will require photographic evidence to allow us to investigate any claims of damage including leakages and damage in transit. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a suitable resolution promptly.
Lost Goods
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at hello@inky-ingredients.com. For non-delivery, please wait 7 days after dispatch (for UK orders) before reaching out to us. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Returns Policy
Given the delicate nature of our natural ingredients we do not accept returns for products unless they are damaged upon arrival or faulty. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of our products for all customers.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team at hello@inky-ingredients.com. We will assess the issue and, if a fault is confirmed, offer a replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Any problems reported after 7 days which are not the fault of INKY Ingredients will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. If a return or refund is necessary, this must fall within 2 months of the invoice date. Returns will not be accepted beyond 2 months.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it or within 7 days of receiving the goods, whichever is longer. To cancel your order, please contact us at hello@inky-ingredients.com before the goods are dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, ensure that the products are unopened and unused, and return them within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned, you will be refunded for the product cost only, excluding any return postage fees. Original delivery charges will still apply.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or failure to collect the parcel from the delivery service, we may charge a redelivery fee. Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate and that you are available to receive your order to avoid additional charges.
