Why does my product look or smell different this time?
Variations in smell, colour, and texture are natural and can be a result of many factors including seasonal differences or batch variations.

What should I do if my oil is solid?
Some oils can become solid when exposed to colder temperatures. Leave the product at room temperate and it will normalise over time.

When will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) Our lead time is 1-3 days from receipt of order to dispatch. However, please note that during busy periods, deliveries may take longer.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched to enable you to check the status of your delivery. It is your responsibility to monitor the progress of your shipment.
If your order has been returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you have already placed your order and wish to make any amendments please contact us as soon as possible at hello@inky-ingredients.com. Please note if your order has already been dispatched we cannot accept any alterations.

What technical data is available?
All technical documents are available to download on our parent company O&3 Ltd website.
If you require COA’s these are created upon request once your order has been received. Please contact hello@inky-ingredients.com.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Do you sell products in bulk for companies?
If you require larger quantities please contact us at hello@inky-ingredients.co.uk and we put you in touch with an Account Manager at our parent company O&3 Ltd. Find out more here.
How do I get a VAT invoice for my order?
Please contact hello@inky-ingredients.co.uk to request a VAT invoice and we will send a copy to you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@inky-ingredients.com. We will require photographic evidence to allow us to investigate any claims of damage including leakages and damage in transit. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a suitable resolution promptly.
Can I return goods for a refund?
Due to the nature of our products we offer refunds on a case by case basis. Please do not return any goods without contacting us first at to hello@inky-ingredients.co.uk.
All material will be inspected upon receipt and refunds will be processed once it has passed review. Please note, we can not accept any returns that packaging is not sealed.
