When will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) Our lead time is 1-3 days from receipt of order to dispatch. If you require your order as soon as possible, next day delivery is available if orders are place before

What if I am not in to receive my delivery?

You will receive an email where your tracking information will be available as soon as your order has been dispatched to enable you to check the status of your delivery. It is your responsibility to monitor the progress of your shipment.

My tracking number says that my order has been returned to sender, what do I do?

If your order has been returned to us we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

How much does delivery cost?

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking information upon receipt of your order to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you have already placed your order and wish to make amendments please contact us as soon as possible. Please note if your order has already been fulfilled/dispatched we cannot accept any alterations.

Are your products organic?

All of our organic material has been certified by the Soil Association. You can find our accreditation in our technical documents folder which is available to download from our website.

Can I click and collect?

If you wish to collect your order, please email us your request to hello@inky-ingredients.co.uk so we can assist you further

What technical data is available?

All technical documents are available for download in our technical folder. If you require COA's these are created upon request once your order has been allocated and received.

Do your prices include VAT?

Prices are excluding VAT. VAT will be calculated separately at the checkout. A breakdown of this is available.

Can I return goods for a refund?

Due to the nature of our products we offer refunds on a case by case
basis. Please do not return any goods without confirmation you can do so. All
material will be inspected upon receipt & refunds will be processed once it
has passed review. Please note, we can not accept any returns that packaging
are not sealed.

Can I have a credit account with INKY Ingredients™?

We do not offer credit terms, however if you require larger quantities
please contact us & we can put you in touch with our parent company O&3
Ltd.

Are there additional taxes to pay if importing INKY Ingredients™ products from outside of the UK?

We currently do not offer international shipping.
