Mainland UK Delivery

All our orders are to mainland UK addresses are shipped with our delivery partners Fedex, UPS and Royal Mail. 

Unfortunately we cannot ship to Northern Ireland and British Overseas Territories.

Additional shipping costs will apply for areas including The Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Highlands and Islands of Scotland. You will be contacted by a member of the INKY team once they have reviewed your order to discuss the available options. 

We do not charge a profit on our shipping prices and where possible, we offer free mainland UK delivery. Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

Bulk orders will be subject to a shipping fee.

Shipping on Mainland UK orders over £60

  • All UK shipping over £60 in order value is free. Subject to our terms.

Shipping on mainland UK orders under £60

Up to 2kg in weight:

  • £4.99 – Royal Mail or UPS standard delivery

Over 2kg in weight:

  • £6.99 - UPS standard delivery

    Free UK delivery is automatically applied to single orders totalling £60.00 or more, for shipping to Mainland UK addresses only.

    All orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) Our lead time is up to 5 days from receipt of order to dispatch.

    Please note there may be variation in order delivery times for areas including The Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Unfortunately we cannot ship to Northern Ireland and British Overseas Territories. 

    We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that during busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact our customer service team, who will investigate further.

    Bulk Orders

    Bulk orders of any kind may be subject to additional shipping fees. Depending on your order this might be delivered on a pallet. We will be in touch to discuss options following receipt of your order.
