UK Delivery

All our orders are shipped with our delivery partners UPS and Royal Mail.

We do not charge a profit on our shipping prices and where possible, we offer free delivery. Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

Shipping on UK orders over £60

  • All UK shipping over £60 in order value is free

Shipping on UK orders under £60

Up to 2kg in weight:

  • 2-4 days tracked delivery - £2.99 – Royal Mail standard delivery
  • 1-3 days tracked delivery - £3.99 – Royal Mail express delivery

Over 2kg in weight:

  • 2-4 days tracked delivery - £6.50 - UPS standard delivery

Free delivery is automatically applied to single orders totalling £60.00 or more, for shipping to Mainland UK addresses.

Please note there may be variation in order delivery times for areas including The Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that during busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact our customer service team, who will investigate further.

When placing your order with us, we strongly recommend the following:

Please provide your mobile telephone number and email address; this ensures you receive up-to-date delivery and tracking information, in relation to the status of your order.

Overseas Shipping

We are currently in the process of developing our overseas shipping. This is therefore coming soon. 

 

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned, you will be refunded for the product cost only, excluding any return postage fees. Original delivery charges will still apply, and any return postage costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Inky Ingredients™, we are dedicated to delivering your items in perfect condition. We take all necessary measures to prevent damage, but if any issues arise with your order, please contact us, and we will work to resolve them.

Natural variations occur in our ingredients due to their purity, but if you are dissatisfied with your order, we encourage you to reach out to us at hello@inky-ingredients.com. We aim for your complete satisfaction and will replace any faulty items or correct mistakes on our part.

Be sure to check your items and notify us of any issues, including damages or shortages, within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that once products are opened, they can only be exchanged if found to be faulty.

We operate under The Consumer Rights Act 2015, which ensures products are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. Depending on the product lifespan, you are entitled to:

  • Up to 30 days: A refund for faulty goods.
  • Up to 6 months: A refund if your product can't be repaired or replaced.
  • Up to 5 years: A partial refund if the goods don't last as expected.

Note: All damage claims must be supported by photographic evidence, with delivery notes marked accordingly.

We'll either refund your postage, provide store credit, or arrange a courier for large parcels.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it or receiving your goods (whichever is longer). Goods can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unopened and unused. If you cancel before shipping or return unopened items, we’ll refund your full payment (excluding return postage). This is in addition to your statutory rights.
